12:00 - Attempt at the world's largest gratin dauphinois
15:00 - Award ceremony of the National Table Art Competition
16:00 - Blessing of the herds and leaders
5pm - Milking and milk tasting
New in 2022: the Paul Mistral Park will be transformed into an open-air farm to welcome cows from the surrounding massifs and their breeders, back from the summer pastures
